Account administrator

Each practice has one organisation account and an account administrator who manages which staff can access the practice’s account.

The account administrator

  • invites veterinary surgeons to associate with the practice’s account so they can apply for import certificates
  • invites other practice staff to associate so they can view certificates for the practice
  • removes practice surgeons, locums and other practice staff from the practice account
  • can transfer the account administrator role to a colleague

It is the account administrator’s responsibility to choose which practice staff can and cannot use the practice account.

Anyone in the practice can be the administrator, but only veterinary surgeons can apply for import certificates.
